November 28, 2021: PORTLAND, Maine – The Coulombe Family Tower has received LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, provides organizations with a framework to take a more sustainable approach to the design, construction and operation of their buildings.

To receive LEED Silver certification Coulombe Family Tower achieved high marks in many of the assessment areas including: Water Efficiency, Material & Resources, Energy & Atmosphere, Sustainable Sites and more.
